What Causes Pain Under The Rib Cage Spreading Towards The Back?
I have pain in my left ribs under my breast that stretches around to the back. I have not had any injuries but I had a bad cough last week and I breastfeed a demanding baby all night that forces me to lie down in an uncomfortable position all night. It hurts when i cough or sneeze and also when i breathe deeply and when i lie down in bed.

1 Put warm compresses at the the site of pain
2 avoid positions that cause it
3 Take Paracetamol sos and apply diclofenac cream at the site of pain
