General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

He should definitely be seen by a urologist. It is difficult to say what it is, but it is necessary to rule out prostate cancer with bone metastases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
