What Causes Pain In The Lower Left Quadrant And Pus In Urine?
for the past three weeks i have had severe pain in the lower left quadrant...moved into the lower left back over the past 2 weeks. Pain and excessive heat upon urination (not burning, just hotter than usual)...PCP says bladder fine...had an ovarian cyst. FOr the past 12 hours I have brown pus after I urinate...I tried checking the vaginal walls for discharge and it is clear and eggwhite like. The large amounts of brown pus come once the urine is expelled. I actually feel it follow out behind the urine. I am still having severe pain. Can t see the URO for 2 weeks.
This could be a case of a colovesical fistula which is a tract that has formed between your large bowel and urinary bladder. It is usually caused by diverticulitis and you should see a surgeon about this.
