Welcome to health care magic.

1.The history suggest the possible cause could be inflammation of the testis which is causing the above symptoms.
2.The treatment in this case will be a course of antibiotics after examination.
3.To confirm before treatment an ultrasound scrotum is the investigation of choice.
4.The ultrasound of the scrotum will give the status of the testis, parenchyma status, chord, epididymis and vascularity and presence of any free fluid.
5.Depending on the findings the treatment will depends upon. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query,
