Hello,

Strong chest pain that starts suddenly can be due to heart disease and you will need to see urgently your doctor to rule this out.
Your doctor will listen to your heart and lungs and will order an ECG, heart ultrasound and blood tests such as Troponin.
If the doctor highly suspects a heart attack he may give you treatment before receiving the results of these tests.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
