What Causes Pain Deep In My Right Ear?
Okay, I have pain deep in my right ear which extends to my neck and into my chest. I am a 56 year old female in good health. This has been going on for nearly 4 weeks. I had an ultrasound and blood test. The blood test showed nothing unusal, the ultrasound showed enlarged carotid artery. I have had no other symptoms. My doctor said it was probably a virus and might take 6 weeks to get over.

ur age and presentation suggests cervical spondylosis symptoms.
in that case u need an x ray of ur cervical spine to rule out .
if u don't dine anything u need to consult ENT surgeon
