What Causes Pain And Bleeding During Sex And Spotting Before Periods?
Hi, am a 32 year old female, 1.65m tall and weigh 73kg. I have had lower abdominal pain and backache for over two years which was said to be IBS. I experience severe pain during sex and on two occasions in the last 3 months have had a gush of blood in the middle of intercourse. I also spot for close to ten days before my periods. Please help.

pain and bleeding during sex can be due to infections like std,chlamydia,pelvic inflammatry disease ..can be due to friction,or may b polyp...u can visit your gynec for consultation
