What Causes Not Feeling Hungry And Vomiting Sensation?

I am 15weeks pregnant and haven't Had morning sickness for about 2weeks. Yesterday I was in a friends wedding and stayed up later than my usual and danced quite a bit. Today I haven't been hungry at all and every time i eat or drink I projectile vomit. Could this be the flu.

do you have fever or loose motions along with this? if its just isolated vomitting, it could just be the pregnancy acting up. dont worry, it will settle down. you can take some tablet for vomitting. if it does not settle down at all, just get yourself examined by your obgyn.
