What Causes Nose Bleeds Coupled With Chills And Nausea Post A Workout At The Gym ?

My wife is 32 She has been working out for a few months a couple times a week, However today was more using light weights when usually its just aerobic excercise. She came home with a nosebleed and now she is having chills and nausea . Shouls i be concerned. The blood coming out is very thin and watery.

Hi,thakns for query.There is a possibility of some viral congestion in nose and fever.This can at times leads to this.Apart from this it is better that you see a doctor and get herself examined.Measurement of blood pressure is also important.Need to have treatment as per the cause.
