Dear ma'm, hi ! welcome to HCM. so you have two main problems, 1. hyperthyroidism 2. type 2 diabetes. you have not taken any treatment for both when actually both should have been well treated. sugars up to 300 mg /dl will themselves cause nausea and tiredness, headache and body aches. hyperthyroidism will also cause fatigue, tiredness and headache. so ma'm what are you waiting for? urgently start treatment for both the conditions and control them both on an urgent basis. regards!
