What Causes Nasal Bleeding With Leg Veins Prominence?
I have been having a bloody nose for the last 2 weeks, along with decreased energy. I worked out yesterday and was having a hard time breathing and noticed that i have a few really dark small veins on my legs that i didnt see before( I am 25, they might be spider veins?)

Hi,
Bloody nose fr 2 weeks needs urgent clinical evaluation, examination and investigations.
I would advise you the following:
- Consult your Doctor for preliminary examination, investigations of blood for bleeding time, clotting time, prothrombine time and routine tests of blood.
- Get referred to an ENT Surgeon for nasal endoscopy, other necessary investigations.
This will help to know the exact cause and get treated accordingly.
- If there is septal blood vessel that is causing bleeding then cauterisation would help to get a proper care.
- General bleeding may needs major artery ligation.
- If there is a general disease like malaria or typhoid then you will be treated specifically.
- Till then use Nasal topical decongestant like Xylometazoline.
- Do not clean nose forcefully as this can increase oozing.
