What Causes Missed Period Along With Tender Breasts And Lower Abdominal Cramps?

i am currently 2 weeks late on my period. I took 5 pregnancy tests over a span of a week in the morning times. All 5 test came back postive. However, when i took a blood test today they said it was negative. I have been having breast tenderness, lower pain like menstrual cramps whats going on? Am i pregnant?

As your 5 pregnancy tests have come has positive,most probably you are pregnant.
The best confirmatory method for diagnosis of pregnancy is ultrasound scan.
so,i would advice you to undergo the scan for confirmation of pregnancy and consult your gynecologist for further follow up.
