What Causes Major Break Out Of Red Itchy Bumps With Dark Patches?
about for years ago i had a major break out red itchy bumps that got bigger as a scratched them. the middle was almost like a target it was everywhere even the bottom of my feet and the palms of my hands after that i started breaking out every other month. i dont break out as much and when i do it is very little almost unnoticed but now i have two dark patches on my back that was not there last month doc said i might have lichen planus it was never confirmed

hii.welcome to our site.my opinion is that,you have eczema.
1.dont scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2.take levocetrizine tablets twice daily for 7 days for itching.
3.apply calamine lotion over the rash twice daily for 7 days.
4.maintain good hygiene.
