What To Do For Scars Formed As A Result Of Lichen Planus?
Hai doctor, I had many scars on my arms and legs as a result of lichen planus. Its been 2 and half year. Inflammation and iching is gone. But the scars are still there even though it became liighter. Is there any treatment to remove the scars completely? What about laser treatment? Please help me..

Hi,
It may be post inflammatory hypermelanosis. Have patience, as it may recover gradually. You may apply vitamin E cream on the spots and patches. Take cap vitamin E 400 and vitamin C 1000 mg daily for few months.
