What Causes Lymph Nodes Around The Belly Button Area?

I would like to ask what cause lymph-nodes around belly button area in a 8 year old girl, she has been complaining about stomach aches regularly, she had blood tested, the results are all negative. ( she had a fever 2 weeks ago)
What other tests are needed. We are concern.

It is most likely some kind of infection. But you should get her tested with an Ultrasound of the abdomen if it persists. Also helpful would be information whether there is pain in the nodes and is there any discharge from the belly button. Also keep a check on her fever if it recurs and how high it goes - measure it with a thermometer. Will look forward to hearing from you. Take care.
