Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be urticaria most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion on the patches. Give him a course of oral steroid in tapering dose under observation of doctor. Give him antihistaminic like hydoxyzine HCL Tab 20 mg at night... till he gets relief. Avoid cow milk, soya, dairy products in diet.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
