What Causes Lump And Pain In Shoulder?

i have a mass by xray on left clavical noticed in aug but since dec has changed to puffy lump n now i feel a hard lump in it having mri soon is this cancer,also severe pain in left bac shoulder when breathe n talk night sweats so much that i sweat during day too

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
If your x ray shows bony lump then it can be some bone tumour. If there is soft tissue lump then it can be due to reactive lymphnode, tuberculosis, lymphoma. metastatic carcinoma or soft tissue tumour. You should go for biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
