What Causes Lower Back Pain After Delayed Periods?

I am on the pill i usually get my period on a wed and i am on the last row of pills. my lower back hurts and i have had cramps. I am also dry down there and feel very tight... stomach also feels tight but i don't know if it might be bc i've been stressed because of school. I've been stressed before and this has never happened..

Hi,

I think that the first thing that is required for this condition is a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Also, I would suggest you have antispasmodic drotaverine for 5 days for pain and I think that pain is common when you have delayed periods.
