What Causes Lower Abdomen Pain With Smelly Stools?

i have urgent lower bowel pain before I have to go to the toilet , my faeces smell of chemicals and are very sloppy this is new symptoms for the last week it happens sevral times a day It is not irritable bowel as I have that this is different my stomach feels cold and heavy as well

Dear pain abdomen with loose stools may be common symptom in acute gastrentritis, food poisoning, colitis, food Intolerance or malobsorption.

please check it out.. avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking. Use probiotics for five days, if symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
