What Causes Low Immunity Levels?

Hi I am a 28yr old female . I went to the doctor and did a urine test and got results today. The doctor told me I have a scanty mass of staphylococcus aureus and prescribed levofloxacin for 5 days. Everytime I get an infection I am prescribed antibiotics. I try to overcome it on my own but I can't. If i don't take the antbiotics things get worse. I have been on antibiotics as far back as I can remember. I seem prone to infections, and have had quite a few throat and ear infections. Then last year i developed a UTI out of the blue. Is there a test I can do to find out why i seem so prone to infection. I did a CBC test was good but my heamtocrit was slightly low. Also my brother has an autoimmune disease -crohns disease.
