What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Shortness Of Breath In The Morning?

When I wake up in the mornings I have the following symptoms: Hands shake, stomach tight(no appetite), shortness of breath, biting down on my teeth, overall feeling of uneasiness throughout my body. At the end of the day I feel normal, then the following morning, same deal.

A certain medical condition is there and that needs to be ruled out first. It should be convulsive disorders may be due to seizure. It could be hypoglycemia. It could be cerebral pathologies, you have given not more information and in absence of this it is difficult to comment more, no age and gender are given here. Sometime it could be functional kind of disorders.
