What Causes Little Red And Clear Mucus Period With Backache And Pain In Boobs?

i got my period for 2 days it was like a lite red with clear mucus at first then stop but the started again for a day and got the clear mucus with lite red for a day. took pg test came back negative even did a blood test that came back neg i am having backaches and boobs hurt

During premenstrual phase, vaginal discharge increases.
Sometimes that can come with menstrual flow as mucus.
Scanty flow during periods can occur due to many causes.
As both urine and blood tests gave negative results, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
Breast pain, bloating sensation etc symptoms can be seen during menstrual flow.
Once the menstrual flow stops, possibly these symptoms will subside.
Meanwhile you can take symptomatic treatment.
