What Causes Lightheadedness?

Hi. I have been lightheaded for about two months now after a fainting episode, nothing was wrong with me. what could it be? can it just be anxiety? will it go away? This is killing me slowly, I feel like I cant do anything. All blood tests, CT scans come back normal. What can I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM!

Have you tested your blood pressure and blood glucose levels?
Low blood pressure and Hypoglycemia are the two commonest causes of feeling light headed and giddiness.
I would also also advise you to drink plenty of water as getting dehydrated is a common cause of low blood pressure specially in summers.

Hope this information helps. Feel free to ask for forgiveness you have any more doubt.

Wish good health.
Regards,
Dr Sridhar
