What Causes Leg Trembling During Perimenopause In A Diabetic?

This is related to Perimenopause. I am a 44 years old. For the past 2 months I have been experiencing some symptoms such as leg weakness, shakiness in legs, which has somewhat subsided, trembling in the legs--which seems to stem from high stress. I also have a pins and needles sensation in my limbs and feet. I have also had sudden warming sensations with face redness and some panic attacks out of the blue. My period last month was light and this month it was normal. I was calmer when I had my period this month. My threshold for anxiety has been lower. I have read that magnesium and/or B12 deficiencies can cause leg shakes and trembles. Diabetes has been ruled out. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hello,
You must get yourself tested for VIT B 12,VIT D,Calcium levels, iron levels,if your blood sugar levels are normal,as these deficiencies can result in such symptoms.
Alcoholism can also result in pins and needles sensation in the legs.
Thanks
