Hi,

Siphene M and Fertomid both contains clomiphene which is used to treat female infertility. As both Siphene M and Fertomid contain same ingredients, so you can use any of them. They are used in women who are unable to become pregnant due to ovulation problems or suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

Side effects of these drugs are nausea, vomiting, bloating, headache, enlarged ovary, hot flashes, metrorrhagia, breast discomfort, blurred vision, difficulty in breathing, stomach pain, weight gain, yellowish discoloration of skin and eyes, anxiety and nervousness, trouble sleeping, abnormal vaginal bleeding, stomach upset, spotting between periods, symptoms of allergic reactions like rashes, itching, swelling of lips, face, eyes, tongue, throat, hands or feet, wheezing, respiratory distress, dizziness etc. If such side effects persist or bother you, then you should consult your doctor promptly for medical help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your questions. Let me know if I can assist you further.
