Hello,

As per your case history, you are having dullness and hyperpigmentation of the skin. My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30.
3. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on affected region twice daily.

If the problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
