What Causes Large Patch On The Buttocks?
i have had a large patch on my buttock since 7 years now.it is of a darker skin tone.the skin omn my buttocks is also crusty and dry and feels like a lot od tiny whiteheads deep inside.i've had the bumpy whiteheads feeling since my childhood.can you tell me what it is?

Seems it is most likely a fungal infection. Fungal infection is dark or red, itchy and scaly. I suggest you try a topical antifungal e.g. either clotrimazole cream or ketoconazole cream. In addition, you may take an oral antihistamine e.g. cetirizine tablet for symptomatic relief from itching.
