Dear Sapna, The three missed abortions you had previously are due to some different cause than tuberculosis of the uterus. It could be due to chromosomal abnormalities. If you are having tuberculosis of the uterus, particularly if the uterine lining (endometrium) is affected by tubercular lesions, the endometrium gets destroyed by tuberculosis. In such cases, the chances of conception are almost nil even after cure of tuberculosis. Moreover, if the tubes also are affected by tuberculosis, the tubes loose their peristaltic movements. Thus the ovum cannot be propelled towards the uterine cavity. This adds to the failure in conception. After you are cured from tuberculosis of the reproductory organs completely, you may choose for adoption of a baby. This will give you a baby, the orphan child will get the parents and still the population will not increase. Please think of this option seriously. I hope this gives you the message.
