What Causes Itchy Rash, Red Pimples Spread Down From Shoulder To Forearm?

Hi I was recently involved in a motorcycle accident with a car luckily I got away with very minor injuries, but since the evening of the accident a rash, of small red pimples ,has spread down from my shoulder to the top of my forearm and is becoming very itchy. What is this?

Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of itchy rash, red pimples spread down from shoulder to forearm which seems to be due to friction that comes from injury which can cause pimple. I would suggest you to wear loose clothes and avoid wearing synthetic clothes. Wear cotton clothes. You should keep this area clean and dry.

You should apply Mupirocin ointment twice daily over these. You should apply warm compresses with soaked towel. If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination, and start treatment accordingly.
