What Causes Itchy Rash On The Torso, Back And Neck Of A Toddler?
my 3 year old has a rash covering her torso, front and back, also her neck. It didn t get to her back until yesterday and this morning it has went further down her back. I have been putting hydrocortazone on to relief the itch. she has had a minor cold the past week but is no longer sick now. But she is with a rash. what could it be?

It is probably a viral infection that need to be seen by a pediatrician, but at the mean time, you can continue on cortisone.
