Hello,

Bumps around the torso and back are commonly due to drug allergy (side effects of medicines), allergy (food, pollen, dust, etc), PH imbalance of the body (acidic ph), body heat, keratosis pilaris, etc. Change in ph level may cause skin conditions like dermatitis, rosacea, eczema, etc. Imbalance occurs when using the wrong skin care products and even by eating the wrong foods. You are suggested to take care of your personal hygiene, be careful of what medicines you take. Avoid addictions if any.

Take more vegetarian food for a couple of days. Stay well hydrated. Take warm baths, use skin exfoliants (creams that contain alpha-hydroxy acid, lactic acid, salicyclic acid). Keep your skin moisturized. Do not scratch or pop. Use humidifier at home for relieve. Most skin bumps are harmless but you are suggested to get clinically examined by a dermatologist to detect any viral infections. This is to stay on the safer side.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
