My 2.5 year old daughter has really itchy hands (palms, fingers, and lower section of wrists) in the morning but it seems to go away during the day as she doesn't complain about it except for when she first wakes up. It is red and very subtle bumps that seem to be under the skin. I don't think it is hand, foot, and mouth since there is nothing in her mouth or on her feet but I don't know what else it could be. Any ideas? The only things I've read that might make sense is hives but she isn't touching anything that she hasn't touched before.
