As per your query, you have symptoms of itchy bumps on feet and armpit which can occur due to many reasons like contact dermatitis, eczema and change in environmental conditions.
Need not to worry. Avoid touching or pricking rashes. I would suggest you consult a dermatologist for proper examination. The doctor may order blood test, allergy test and skin patch test to confirm the diagnosis. The doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants and corticosteroid ointment along with antibacterial or antiviral depending upon the diagnosis. For now, take Benadryl and apply ice compresses on skin. Avoid exposure to the dusty environment and excessive sunlight a sit can lead to itching symptoms.
