Hi, I am a 34 year old female and I worked nights for 3 years until I quit 1 year ago. Just couldn t get my sleep right.I started having skin problems last year that upset my whole life. My scalp and face wet terrible itchy. My face would get hot and itch before bed and my scalp always was itchy. My arms and legs and feet started feeling like something was crawling on me all the time. I would get sharp pains like a sting and I would have strange patterns like swirls or lines on the area. I astartedbgetting bumps on my arms that would scab and go away. I then started getting crust under my finger nails. The crustthen covered around the entire nail and sometimes had a sticky substance on the nail itself. Now a year later, I am itchy all the time every where. I only j ave rashes on my shoulders isusually under my bra strap andnit will spread and get welted if I scratch or rub. When I scratch or rub anywhere dark grey or green sticky substance comes up. It gets under my nails..its gross. I have been to many Dr.s. Biopsies and blood tests show nothing. I am thinking I should insist on a scrape of the skin cells looked at under the microscope. I dont know what would cause this. If I scratch in the crease of my arm or my neck especially so much gets under my nail that at least it keeps me from scratching because I am so grossed out! I have excoriated with shrubs, brushed my skin, but thay doesntnseem to help. I read ultraviolet light helps sebhorriac dermatitis, which I thought it may be so I tanned for a month. I looked so much better/ healthier with color but it irritated my skin and made me so itchy!I scratch nnow and I seem to have small uniformly round skin colored or black specks. What is going on? Now in am scared to death I have scabiesthay jave gone undiagnosed for so long that I have developed this thick bumpy skin that sloughs off green or grey crap and develop crusty spots everywhere! I now have specks popping out of my eyebrows and eyelids when I moisturize. I now have very itchy bumpy labia that whenever touched, I have a white coating on my finger tip. It seems like my entire skin is coated with a sticky substance that causes irritation and it scrapes off and is all over my clothes. I jave specs and yellowish crust all over my bras and tops. I love to exercise and be healthy and I am afraid to sweat too much because I am so miserable. Do you think I have a parasite? All of this jas happened over the course of a year and symptoms have changed so much! I also feel tired and dizzy a lot and my joints hurt on and off.
