i had a surgercal abortion around 6 months ago, after a few months periods returned to normal and continued on birth control pill, few months was fine but last 3 months now i am having 2 periods a month (exactly in middle of packet, and usual at end) i have been on the pill for many years never had any problems like this before. 2nd period is always heavy, painful and on going, again, never been an issue for me before.

Should i be worried?

Also I have had a health kick since and in 6 months lost around 20lb (Via healthy eating and exersize over long period of time)

I am now 5ft8 and weigh 140lb and aged 22
