Hello dear
I understand your concern
Polycystic ovarian disease is very complex disease and main reason is the hormonal imbalance and insulin resistance.
I would suggest to consult the good gynecologist and undergo reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and ovarian follicle study that help in management.
To regularize the period:Birth control or progesterone pill should be used for 4-6 months.
To decrease the blood severity you can use tranexaemic acid.
Tablet metformin will be helpful to maintain the insulin resistance.
Spironolactone and clomiphene citrate can be use.
Loose your weight by 10-12 % if you are obese.
Drink plenty of fluids, take fresh fruits and more green leafy vegetables, multivitamin supplements, avoid stress, excessive sweets, salts ,spicy and fatty food.
Hope this may help you
