OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,

Please do not panic. All her symptoms can be due to the first episode of sexual activity. It can be due to friction and a lack of proper lubrication. Learn proper foreplay before penetrative intercourse.

She should have plenty of water in the day. A 5 days course of Azithromycin 500 mg once a day is advisable.

I will suggest you both to get proper sex counselling done beforehand, this will help to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar, OBGYN
