You should go to your doctor to have this worked out. Recurrent chest pain during stress can be due to a multitude of causes, the most common ones being anxiety, acid reflux from the stomach, and heart disease. Your doctor can take a medical history and get more details of your symptoms and order an ECG to start off with.
