What Causes Inconsistent Bowel Movements Of Constipation Or Diarrhea?
hello im 14 yrs old im a girl and around 5ft3" my bowel movements have been really inconsistent for ages now sometimes i have constipation and have really hard poo whereas sometimes on the same day i might have diarrhea this morning my poo has been really really smelly and sloppy also my stomach always makes this weird gurgling when i move it in and out, whats my problem?

Your symptoms seem to be related to irritable bowel syndrome. I suggest using daily probiotics. I also suggest to drink liquids and eat a healthy diet. I recommend using a stool softener in case of constipation.
