I am 43 years old and I have been having heavy bleeding for the past two years. It is the same pattern every month. I bleed heavy for two days and slows down and it takes totally 6 to 7 days to clear up. I get yearly pap smear check and annual exam. On the pelvic scan it shows my uterus is bulky. But my OBGyn is not concerned. Is this normal I feel so tired those two days.
