Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Your symptoms can be due to Recto-vaginal endometriosis or due to PMS- premenstrual syndrome.

I will suggest you to get transvaginal USG done.
This will help to rule out endometriosis if any.

If diagnosis of endometriosis gets confirmed then you can seek prescription support from your treating Gynecologist for Injection Luprolide on monthly or 3 monthly basis; or use of Tablet Dinogest daily for 3 months.

If there is no endometriosis, then I will suggest you the following-
Please opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in daily diet.
Drink plenty of water in the day.
Avoid refined sugars and deep fried foods and bakery products in the diet.
Please take Long acting form of vitamin B 6, evening primrose oil, Calcium, protein and vitamin B 12 and Folic acid supplementation on regular basis at least for 3 months.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar.
