What Causes Headache, Nausea, Acidity And Feeling Of Food Struck In Stomach?

For weeks, I have felt full all day and when I force myself to eat, I cant eat more than a few bites, headache all the time, light headed, slight nausea, some gas, normal bowel movements and no vomiting...Feels like my food is stuck at the top of my stomach..

I really appreciate your concern, all the symptoms given here could be due to dyspepsia try to change the diet habit some time it could be due to hyperacidity and I would suggest to try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day, have light diet, avoiding taking spicy food, oily food, fried food, infection needs to be ruled out and for that see the doctor hope this information helps.
