Hello, last month there was a little bit of blood on my pants nothing else came until my period 2 weeks later. This month I had light brown/bright red, light pink and dark brown spotting a week before my period should be due and I had this for 7 day. There were a couple clots. It was quite heavy the first days. I also had headaches, fatigue, nausea, sharp pains in lower stomach, chest pains, cramps, pains in upper stomach I have irregular periods. Preg test was too early to take and urine sample came clear with no infections. What is this?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

As you have reported no infections the only other cause could be a hormonal.imbalance which in itself can be caused due to various factors. So please visit your doctor for a more accurate diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
