What Causes Headache, Cramps, Vomiting And Red Blood In Urine?

My 9 year old daughter has headaches cramps and vomiting I took her to the er and they ran test all were negative but she has red blood cells in her urine they tried to tell me she may be starting her period could that be what's going on please help me im worried about my daughter this has been going on for 3 to 4 days of every month for the last 3 months

hello. she might have her menstruation but we cannot rule out urinary stones. She might need a ultrasound of her kidneys, urinary bladder and the urine passageways called the ureters. Besides that she should go to an OB just to see if its really menstruation or hormonal imbalance.
