What Causes Headache And Vomiting Of Black Fluid While Having Sperocytosis And Large Spleen?
My son had a headache yesterday, got a fever, ended up throwing up after eating or drinking. Today he threw up black fluid that was kind of grainy with blood tinges. What could it be and what do I do to stop it. He has sperocytosis and a large spleen as his regular health issues. Are the two related or could it be something else???

It was probably a hemorrhage from the stomach (ulcers, etc). It is a condition that needs to be examined and treated in a hospital setting. Discuss with the Doctor for these issues.
