What Causes Growling Bowel, Diarrhea And Feverish?

same symptoms basically as above. Growling bowel most of time esp after eating and sudden discomfort and need to go to the toilet, had some headaches and have had for nearly 3 wks now. Diarrhea has recently turned green and I feel quite feverish and bloated. I want to always eat but then have slight pain in lower stomach

Hello,

The most possible issue is intestine infection through some sort of bug or bacteria. If no medicines are taken till now, then get prescription of antacid, Tylenol, antibiotic with metronidazole and probiotic with the doctor. If already treated, with medicines and no recovery, then require lab tests.
