What Causes Gripping Movement In Stomach With Pain And Bleeding From Anus?

What causes a movement of gripping from right side of the stomach to the left bottom side of the stomach?, also what is causes of going to toilet with sever anus pain and blood bleeding, burning pain and secretion of reddish fluid draining from the anus uncomfortably.

Your symptoms may be caused by:
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Bowel malignancy

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy
- Colonoscopy
