What Causes Fuzzy Feeling In Head, nausea And Weakness In Hands?

Hi. I am 47 years old and having some odd symptoms. First off, all of my blood work has come back normal, and just had a MRI today with came back normal. About a month ago I got this strange fuzzy feeling in me head. I just felt foggy and out of sorts. Although I had no other symptoms, I thought I was coming down with something. I had no other symptoms aside from some nausea that evening. I can now best describe the feeling in my head like the vibration you feel when someone has the base turned up to high. Last week, I noticed that my arms and hands feel week and when I try to type I have to think much harder about what I am doing and I feel like my fingers don t work very well. My doctor has no answers and says hmmm.. I don t know, maybe its hormones? I could put you on meds for menopause?

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Dear Ma'm, Hi! when you say all your reports are normal, i take it that your thyroid is normal as well. whatever symptoms you have described can be due to thyroid disorder as well. it also can be due to decreased circulation in brain, so please check your cardiac status, lipid profile, and get MR angio brain done. Meanwhile start ecosprin , vitamin D, calcium and B12. Regards!
