What Causes Frequent Headache?

I am 16 years old and a female. lately I have started having headaches that can last an hour and they go away and come back with that I have had upper abdominal pain that also goes away and comes back, I have experienced lightheadedness and dizziness when I stand where I feel like I may faint. my blood pressure has also been low. have you idea what these symptoms may mean?

Headache has multiple causes.

Blood pressure irregularity is main cause. Flactuation in blood pressure may cause headche with dizziness .

Investigation is must like fundus examination / CT scan / MRI will be useful to find cause for it.

EEyesight check up for refractory error can help.

Headache can be a part of stress and anxiety.

Headache is common symptoms in mild depression .

Proper psychological evaluation is necessary .

Take enough sleep and healthy diet.

Analgesic like combination of paracetamol and diclofenac will useful .

Consult neurologist for better assistance .
