I had a surgical termination of twins in December last year due to an underlying health condition I had and had a mirena coil fitted at the same time. I had some light spotting post termination but nothing significant since,just a few days of brown discharge. its now 3 months post abortion and nothing. Tonight I'm feeling slight flutterings in my tummy,which are probably nothing but I'm concerned. A pregnancy test was negative and my.pregnancy symptoms disappeared about a week after the procedure.
